How FF&E works with us

One team from the loading dock to the final walkthrough.

FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment. We take responsibility for all of it between your vendors and your opening day, and you can hire us for every phase or only the ones you need.

Receive
Ship everything to our warehouse in Smyrna. We coordinate receiving across your vendors and unload each delivery, so your site never has to take freight before it is ready.

Check
Each piece is checked against your FF&E schedule and bills of lading, photographed and tagged by area. Visible damage and shortages are noted on the BOL and reported to you.

Store
Your goods stay in our secured warehouse, organized by floor and area, until the site is ready. Two weeks before install we send a final inventory with anything missing or damaged.

Deliver
We load, truck everything to your site, unload, and move each piece to its floor and area, with floor protection, blankets and wrap included.

Install
Our crew unpacks, assembles, levels and places every piece to your floor plan, leaves packaging in the area you designate, and walks the space with your project manager.
